We manage and operate assets, generate bookings through our own platform and buy and sell property. Rent it Properties
The operating arm of the group. We manage and operate whole buildings, hotels, hostels and guest houses, short-term rental flats, residential homes and student housing. Refurbishment, interior design, licensing, marketing, maintenance and monthly reporting included.

Our own booking platform for students and short stays across Spain. It generates direct demand for the assets we manage and reduces both dependency on — and commissions paid to — the big platforms.
