  • Answer requests for information, proposals or valuations sent via the form or WhatsApp.
  • Manage the contractual relationship and provide the property-management services engaged.
  • Send commercial communications about our services, only where you have given consent.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations (tax, accounting, and anti-money-laundering where relevant).

3. Legal basis

  • Consent when you submit a form or contact us via WhatsApp (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Legitimate interest in answering prospective client enquiries (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Data categories

Identification and contact data (name, phone, email), data about the property in question (type, location) and browsing data (see cookie policy).

5. Retention

We keep your data for the duration of the contractual relationship and, thereafter, for as long as required by law (up to 6 years under Spanish commercial and tax rules). Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until you withdraw it.

6. Recipients and international transfers

We only share data with service providers required to operate (hosting, email, CRM, analytics) acting as processors under art. 28 GDPR. Where a provider is located outside the EEA, we require adequate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@rentit-properties.com proving your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
