How is running a hostel different from running a hotel?+
Hostels have lower ADR and higher turnover. We apply revenue tuned to short stays, tight ADR and near 90% occupancy in peak season, with lean operating costs.
Do you handle SES.HOSPEDAJES and guest registration?+
Yes. We register the property, integrate the daily guest report to SES.HOSPEDAJES from the PMS and keep records in line with Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021.
Do you work with 6-room hostels or only larger properties?+
From 6 rooms upward. Small hostels are especially profitable when check-in is automated, cleaning is centralised and pricing is tuned daily.
Can I keep my brand and current team?+
Yes. We can operate under your brand and absorb your existing team, or propose a gentle rebrand if the analysis justifies it. You choose the level of change.
How do you charge for hostel management?+
Usually 15% to 20% of net revenue, depending on size and asset condition. No fixed fees: if you don't earn, we don't earn.
How soon do I see results?+
In month one we reset pricing, channels and listings. From month two you typically see a clear lift in occupancy and RevPAR versus your baseline.
